I’ve noticed their marketing efforts are quite strong and well-organized. They invest significantly in promoting products, which isn’t always easy for smaller businesses. It’s clear that they take on some risks in marketing to expand their export markets, and that dedication has definitely helped increase product visibility.

they are not flexible, the delivered goods may have 10% damage due to packaging, but they deducted 20% of the order value from me without notice.

Their team is quite good, I find the logistics operation quite fast, orders are delivered without any problems, annual sales are quite stable especially from the 2nd year. They import to Singapore or Vietnam then deliver to wholesalers themselves, my products are available in most supermarkets in Singapore.

My company doesn't have enough budget to cooperate with them, they ask too much marketing cost, they should be more flexible to be able to help small business.

Their team is very professional, I met their CEO in Ho Chi Minh City and Dubai, I would rather invest in them for marketing sales than looking for buyers through agents which is very time consuming and ineffective. I think my product may be lucky to be well received by their market, sometimes they order without a specific plan, I may have difficulty in supplying on time.

They ask for marketing costs, maybe this is not suitable for many manufacturers, but I tried to take this risk, invested 25,000 USD for marketing campaigns, they organized many product launch events, made a website for the brand, and I received very positive marketing campaigns in 1 year, however they buy many times in 1 year, I prefer them to place 1 large order in 1 year, instead of too many times I have to make deliveries.

I have been to many exhibitions and have hardly found a distributor, for 3 years in a row... it is very expensive. If you consider between developing distribution yourself and investing in a distributor, it may be more economical to cooperate with a representative distributor. Although they have only achieved 50% of the annual purchase forecast, I feel they are quite effective, if you have a vision for the Asian market, you should consider which option is reasonable for the budget and brings certain efficiency.
